Global Flavors - Call for Applications

This year, get a taste of Global Fest and celebrate Aurora’s restaurants through Global Flavors, a unique food competition taking place from mid-July to mid-August in which the public will vote for the best globally inspired dish, drink or dessert featured by Aurora's local restaurants.

Register your business to be part of this exciting competition and share your flavors with everyone! The winners will be announced at Global Fest on Saturday, Aug. 17. The top three places will also be featured on AuroraTV and the city’s social media platforms.

Participation requirements:

  • Be a business located in Aurora.
  • Feature a globally inspired drink, dish or dessert.
  • Be in good standing with all regulatory agencies as required.
  • Be in good standing with respective health department.
